Skids are simply pallets without a bottom deck and have a lower profile than a regular pallet. Skids are lighter in weight which makes them more versatile and easier to store. Skids can be an economical and effective option but they’re not right for every product or usage.
Our skids are made from responsibly sourced timber that comes from sustainable forests. This means that our skids are not only durable and long-lasting, but also environmentally friendly.

The Standard Skid Pallet measures 1165mm (W) x 1165mm (L) x 106mm (H) and has a recommended safe working load of Max 2000kg. It features 16mm thick boards for added strength and is also available ISPM-15 certified for export. One of the benefits of a skid is that it has no bottom board, making it cheaper for one-way shipping.
