At Express Pallets & Crates, we take pride in our 25 years of experience in the pallet manufacturing process. Our design and manufacturing process is constantly evolving ensuring that we deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers at competitive prices.
From the initial consultation to delivery or collection, we ensure that our customers are satisfied every step of the way.
- We start by understanding your specific requirements, such as the size, shape, and weight of the products you need to store or transport.
- Based on your needs, we'll develop a design for the pallet, taking into account the appropriate dimension of timber, amount of timber, and board spacing for the pallet's dimensions, shape, and weight capacity.
- Once you approve the design, we'll produce a prototype of the custom pallet. This allows you to test the design, evaluate its performance, and make any necessary changes before moving forward with production.
- With the design finalised, we'll begin the production process. This involves preparing docking timber to length, assembling templates, and commencing production either by hand or using our fleet of pallet assembly machinery and equipment.
- Depending on your requirements, your custom pallets may need to be heat-treated to comply with international shipping regulations.
- Before delivering your custom pallets, we perform quality control checks to ensure they meet your specifications.
- Once your custom pallets pass our quality control checks, they are ready for delivery or collection from our yard.
