Product Description
Heat treating pallets and crates is a process of exposing the wood to high temperatures in order to kill insects and bacteria that may be present in wood. This is important for export compliance, as many countries have strict regulations regarding the import of wood products. At Express Pallets & Crates, we use a state-of-the-art kiln to heat treat all of our products, including pallets, crates and dunnage. This ensures that our customers can rest assured that their pallets and crates will meet all international standards.
Our heat treated pallets are also stamped with an ISPM15 certification mark, which shows that they meet international standards for pest and disease control.
Our heat treated pallets can be custom designed to suit your specific requirements, or choose from our in-stock range. Made from responsibly sourced timber from sustainable forests our pallets are an ideal, cost-effective solution for your transportation needs.

We offer a Standard Heat Treated Pallet with measurements of 1100mm (W) x 1100mm (L) x 122mm (H) and a recommended safe working load of packing load: max 1000kg. It features 16mm thick boards for added strength and is ISPM-15 certified for export. Additionally, all pallets in our range are available as heat treated products upon request.
